Mexican Swizzle Stix
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1½ cup pwd sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2½ cups flour
2 envelopes pre-melted chocolate
1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions:
Mix together. Dough will be very stiff. Put dough in a cookie press. With the STAR plate in a cookie press, form 4-inch fingers on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until set. Cool.
Drizzle with Chocolate Glaze: Blend 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 1 envelope (1 ounce) premelted chocolate and 4 teaspoons milk. Sprinkle with colored sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles, or finely chopped nuts. Or, if desired, dip ends in or dust with cinnamon sugar (blend 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon).

ROCKY ROAD FUDGE BARS
Read clear through to make sure you have all the ingredients. They are in 3 places ... bar, filling and frosting. Enjoy. Should bring back lots of memories!!
Bar- 1 Cup Butter or Margarine1 Sq (1 oz) Unsweetened Chocolate1 Cup Sugar1 Cup Flour1/2 tsp Vanilla2 Eggs Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9" pan. (lightly spoon flour into cup to measure; level off.) I large saucepan over low heat, melt 1/2 cup butter and 1 oz chocolate. Add bar ingredients. Mix well. Spread in prepared pan.
Filling- 8 oz. pkg Cream Cheese, softened. (Reserve 2 oz)1/2 Cup Sugar2 Tbl Flour1.4 Cup Butter or Margarine, softened1 Egg1/2 tsp Vanilla If desired: 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts 6 oz. pkg (1 cup) Semi-Sweet Chocolate pieces In small bowl, combine 6 oz cream cheese with next five ingredients. Blend until smooth and fluffy. Stir in nuts. Spread over chocolate mixture. If desired sprinkle with chocolate pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 mnutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Frosting- 2 cups Minature Marshmellows1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine1 Square (1 oz) Unsweetened Chocolate1 Lb (3 Cups) Powdered Sugar1 tsp. Vanilla Sprinkle with marshmellows and bake 2 minutes longer. In large saucepan, over low heat, melt 1/4 cup butter, 1 oz chocolate, remaining 2 oz cream cheese and milk. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Immediately pour over marshmellows and swirl together.
Store in refrigerator. Makes about 3 dozen bars.

Healthy Chocolate Chocolate-Chip Muffins
- 1 chocolate cake mix
- 1-15 oz can of pumpkin
- ½ bag of chocolate chips
Mix three ingredients together (no eggs, no oil!) Scoop into muffin papers. Bake 15-20 minutes in 350 degree oven for moist and delicious chocolate-chocolate chip muffins!
